Our bakery headquarters ...

Bread, sweet treats, savory snacks, pizza, groceries—that's what we're all about. Our Libeň "workshop" also includes a second EMA, where you can sit back and enjoy our products with a view of the bakery itself. This is where we started roasting coffee, but after moving the roastery to Holešovice, we've been adding more and more baking toys, and now we can have fun with dough. One day, we'd like to offer bread baking courses. In the bakery, we play with long-fermented dough and enjoy drinking our coffee. The EMA espresso bari in this venue is a bit self-centered, so it only offers our Alf & Bet coffee. You can find more about our coffee and the baked goods we bake here.
